3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

This includes both retail and wholesale orders.

For hygiene and safety reasons, this applies once packaging has been opened or tamper seals have been broken.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

4. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale accounts are available to approved trade customers only.

Minimum order quantities and pricing are confirmed at point of order.

Wholesale goods are supplied for resale only and may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms) without written permission.

All wholesale orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Retailers are responsible for compliance with local trading and consumer laws when reselling products.

Bougie Pooch remains the owner of all brand assets, imagery, and product names.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

All products are subject to availability and are released in limited drops. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

6. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout unless otherwise communicated.

We are not responsible for delays once orders have been handed to the courier.

Bougie Pooch is not liable for any adverse reaction or misuse of products.

By purchasing, you accept responsibility for ensuring suitability for your dog.
